The UK has opened a case on the provision of substandard medical services in Odintsovo

Investigators opened a criminal case after a four-year-old child fell into a coma due to anesthesia at a dentist in Odintsovo. This was reported on July 7 by the Main Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow region.

"A criminal case has been opened into the provision of services that do not meet the safety requirements for the life of a four—year-old child during dental surgery (paragraph "b" of part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the Telegram channel says.

The department clarified that as part of the investigation, investigators will question the clinic staff, as well as appoint the necessary examinations.

On that day, a source from Izvestia reported that a four-year-old child had fallen into a coma due to anesthesia during dental treatment at a clinic in Odintsovo, Moscow region. It was noted that his condition is assessed as serious, he has not regained consciousness yet.
