Russia is preparing to hand over to Ukraine a list of 18 children who have lost contact with their loved ones. This was announced on July 7 by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in an interview with the Hungarian newspaper Magyar Nemzet.

"The Office of the Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights is preparing a counter list for transfer to Kiev. Previously, there are 10 children in Ukraine and eight minors in European countries," he said.
