Speaking about Musk's resources, Dudakov noted that he does not have strong candidates and, most likely, does not have the opportunity to invest billions of dollars in forming a major party. He believes that even if the billionaire is able to hold several congressmen and senators, it will be more of a "golden card" for negotiating with Democrats and Republicans than a real political force.

"The creation of a new party looks like a fantasy at the moment. I think that Elon Musk may well repeat the fate of another American billionaire, Michael Bloomberg. The man who ran for president in 2020 spent $1.5 billion on his company and eventually received 2% of the vote," the source said.
