Tennis player Rublev lost to Alcaraz in the fourth round of Wimbledon

Russian tennis player Andrey Rub was defeated in the fourth round of the Wimbledon tournament against the current champion of the competition, Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz.

The meeting took place on July 6 and ended with a score 6:7 (5:7), 6:3, 6:4, 6:4 in favor of the Spanish athlete. The game lasted 2 hours and 43 minutes. Thus, the score in the personal meetings of the tennis players became 3:1 in favor of Alcaraz.

In the next game, the Spanish athlete will face British Cameron Norrie.
