Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, during their meeting on the sidelines of the XVII BRICS summit, which is taking place in Rio de Janeiro, paid special attention to the continuation of cooperation between their countries in BRICS. "Special attention was paid to further enhancing cooperation in BRICS, taking into account New Delhi's upcoming presidency of the Association in 2026, including taking into account the positive results of the current Brazilian presidency," the publication says.
