The governor of the Tver region reported the destruction of a UAV in the sky over the region

The Air Defense Forces destroyed one unmanned aerial vehicle in the sky over the Tver region. This was announced on July 6 by the governor of the region Igor Rudenya.

"An UAV was shot down by the air defense forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in the Bologovsky district of the Tver Region," the regional government's press service quoted Rudeni as saying on the Telegram channel.

It is specified that there are no casualties or damage. At the moment, monitoring of the situation in the region continues.

The new radar has compact dimensions and high mobility.

On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that the air defense forces had shot down 48 Ukrainian drones flying over Russian regions. It is specified that this happened between 14:20 Moscow time and 19:30 Moscow time.
