Lavrov and the Brazilian Foreign Minister discussed the schedule of bilateral contacts

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Brazilian counterpart Mauro Vieira discussed the schedule of upcoming contacts between Russia and Brazil at various levels during the XVII BRICS summit. This was announced on July 6 on the official website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"During the conversation, the foreign ministers of the two countries discussed the schedule of upcoming Russian-Brazilian contacts at various levels," the statement said.

In addition, Lavrov and Vieira compared watches on the leading areas of cooperation between the two states within key venues, including preparations for the 30th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. They also discussed other international issues.
