All reports by the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, regarding Iran's nuclear program were ambiguous, he never explicitly said that the Islamic Republic did not have and does not have nuclear weapons. This was announced on July 6 by former Austrian Foreign Minister Karin Kneissl.

"Perhaps in his (Raphael Grossi. There is a kind of ambiguity in his speeches, because he never called a spade a spade. He never clearly stated that, according to the agency's conclusions, the Iranian side does not have nuclear weapons, there is no nuclear bomb that would be ready. He never said this clearly in his reports," she said in an interview with Press TV.

Kneissl said that about three to four weeks ago, Iranian government officials reported that they had documentation illustrating Grossi's questionable role in their nuclear program. She added that the head of the IAEA had damaged not only the organization itself, the entire institution of the safeguards system, but also the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) by "simply remaining silent when it was important to open his mouth."

On June 29, it was reported that Grossi told about the loss of 400 kg of enriched uranium after the US strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities. It was specified that this amount of raw materials, if enriched to a weapons-grade level, would be enough to create nine nuclear warheads.

On the same day, the Iranian authorities banned Grossi from entering nuclear facilities. According to Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of the Islamic Republic Hamid-Reza Haji Babai, the decision is due to the discovery of confidential information about the facilities in documents received from Israel.
