Sobyanin spoke about the construction of a new school in the Nizhny Novgorod region

Construction of a new comprehensive school for 825 students has started in the Nizhny Novgorod region. This was announced by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, in his Telegram channel.

"The building on Ryazansky Prospekt (possession 2) will be equipped with a media library, laboratory and research complexes with high-tech equipment for studying natural sciences and engineering, specialized classrooms with areas for competitions in robotics, circuit engineering, microelectronics, prototyping and modeling," said the mayor of the capital.

It is planned to equip two sports halls and two assembly halls in the new school building. There will also be areas for practical classes in biology and fine arts for students. The school will have playgrounds for recreation and active games, as well as a stadium with the opportunity to play volleyball, mini-football and table tennis.

In addition to lawns and flower beds that will decorate the territory, a fruit and berry nursery will be created at the school, where various plants, both cultivated and wild, will be grown.
