In Rzhev, Tver region, a bus driver beat and kicked out a schoolgirl because she could not confirm the fare. This was announced on July 6 by the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) for the region.
"In the city of Rzhev, a bus driver committed illegal acts against a minor who, due to the lack of Internet on her mobile phone, could not confirm the fact of paying for the trip," the department's Telegram channel says.
According to the investigation, on July 4, the bus driver, while performing his professional duties in the presence of passengers, used violent acts against an underage girl. He inflicted various bodily injuries on her.
A criminal case has been opened under Part 1, Part 1, Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism").
As the victim's mother told Izvestia, the driver of the vehicle decided to check the fare, which caused a "verbal altercation" between him and the girl.
"My daughter tried her best to calm the man down, but he wouldn't calm down. As a result, everything turned into a fight. A woman ran out of the bus, out of fear, a little girl was also scared there, but it turned out that her daughter was left alone with an adult, rather big man who beat her, pulled out her hair," she said.
At the moment, the imperfect girl feels bad. She is undergoing treatment. Because of the incident, the girl has headaches, dizziness, and nausea. In addition, the girl suffered psychological trauma. According to the victim's mother, similar cases had already occurred before. The driver of the vehicle treated only women and children badly.
