The victim of the An-2 hard landing in Transbaikalia told about the incident

The engine of the An-2 light-engine aircraft, which made a hard landing in the Chita region of the Trans-Baikal Territory, stopped on the move. Despite this, the pilot managed to land the aircraft. This was announced on July 6 by one of the victims.

"The engine sneezed and stopped. They didn't reach the lane. The pilot landed (the plane. — Ed.), everything is fine, I chose the place," the victim said in a video posted on the Telegram channel of the Governor of the Trans-Baikal Territory, Alexander Osipov.

He also noted that the victims "escaped with bumps" and fractures. They are being treated at the regional clinical hospital. It is specified that one of the victims refused to be hospitalized. He received all the necessary medical care at the scene.

Earlier in the day, it was reported about the hard landing of an An-2 aircraft with 11 people on board in the Chita region of the Trans-Baikal Territory due to an engine malfunction. As a result of the incident, nine people were hospitalized, there is no threat to their lives.
