Zakharova announced the absence of a date for a new round of negotiations between Russia and the United States.

A date for new consultations between representatives of Russia and the United States has not yet been set, but the parties continue to maintain contacts, including on issues of "irritants." This was announced on July 5 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

"There is no date for new consultations at the moment. But at the same time, I can say that a dialogue is underway through the Russian Embassy in Washington. <...> Well, contacts are maintained here in Moscow as well, including on issues of so—called irritants and their removal," she said in an interview with the Big Question program.

The diplomat also recalled that two rounds of consultations on "irritants" in relations between the two countries have already taken place, and the third was canceled by the American side.
