On July 6, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on the exploits of Russian military personnel in the area of the special military operation (SVO).

The ministry noted the actions of Guard Corporal Alexei Bobylev, who acted as part of the mine clearance unit, which performed the tasks of engineering reconnaissance of the routes of movement of Russian troops.

Moving through the area, Bobylev discovered a minefield equipped by militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). Having set up security, the military personnel began to mine the passage paths of the Russian column.

The enemy, noticing the actions of the sappers, began mortar shelling of the area where the servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation were making a passage. The Guard corporal decided to continue the search and destruction of enemy mines. During the mine clearance, he managed to personally neutralize three anti-personnel fragmentation mines, six improvised explosive devices, as well as a large number of anti-personnel mines of the Petal pressure action.

Thanks to the precise actions of Bobylev and his unit, a passage was made in the minefield, which allowed Russian attack aircraft to liberate the settlement from Ukrainian militants.

In addition, the Ministry of Defense drew attention to the actions of Guard Corporal Eduard Ishniyazov, who, as part of the evacuation group, performed combat missions to provide qualified medical care to wounded soldiers and evacuate them to safe areas.

During the departure, Ishniyazov noticed an enemy FPV drone chasing him. The Guard corporal began to maneuver, but the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) hit the protective net of the transport and did not explode.

The soldier neutralized the UAV, took the wounded and successfully delivered them to a field hospital. Thanks to his precise actions, it was possible to avoid damage to transport and save the lives of wounded servicemen.
