Following the fact of food poisoning in Dagestan, a group of 11 people who were on a two-day tour of the Gunib district conducted unscheduled inspections of three catering establishments. This was reported on July 5 in the regional department of Roskomnadzor.

"Rospotrebnadzor conducted unscheduled inspections of three public catering enterprises, and revealed gross violations of sanitary legislation," the Telegram channel said.

Thus, the enterprises did not ensure consistency and consistency in the technological processes during cooking, and the processing of food raw materials was not respected. In addition, the production of semi-finished products was not carried out on separate plots. Also, the commodity neighborhood was not respected within the framework of the storage of raw and finished products, the temperature regime of food storage was not monitored, and so on.

As a result of the inspections, the activities of two enterprises were suspended. To determine the factors of infection transmission, it was decided to conduct laboratory tests based on samples taken from cafes, drinking water, and environmental objects.

On July 3, 42 people were taken to the regional Infectious Diseases Clinical Hospital in Pskov after the mass poisoning of people living in the Social Town social institution and the Pskov War Veterans Hospital. According to the results of the Rospotrebnadzor inspection, the institutions violated the legislation on the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.
