The death toll from flooding in Texas has increased to 27 people.


Flooding in Kerr County in the central part of the U.S. state of Texas killed 27 people, including nine children. This was reported on July 5 by the Reuters news agency, citing Kerr region Sheriff Larry Leita.
According to the agency, 800 people were also evacuated from the region due to floods.
