The Air defense forces shot down 15 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the Russian regions

The Air defense Forces shot down 15 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the territory of Russia, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on July 5.

"From 11:50 Moscow time to 13:50 Moscow time, 15 Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the ministry's Telegram channel says.

According to the agency, 11 drones were destroyed over the Bryansk region, three UAVs were eliminated over Smolenskaya, and one more over Belgorod.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that six drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) had been destroyed in the morning over the regions of the Russian Federation. Two UAVs were shot down over the territory of the Moscow region, and one each over the Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Smolensk and Kursk regions.
