Criminal cases have been opened in the Moscow and Kaluga regions on the fact of fatal electric shock injuries to teenage catchers. According to the investigation, a 16-year-old teenager was electrocuted at the Sukhodrev railway station in the Kaluga Region due to hooking while on the roof of an electric train. Shortly before that, a 14-year-old boy, also as a result of his hobby for surfing, received an electric shock at the Perlovskaya railway station in the Moscow region.

It is noted that criminal cases have been initiated into the deaths of two teenagers under Part 2 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the rules of traffic safety and operation of railway transport, resulting in the death of a person by negligence").
