FPV drone operators destroyed a dugout with Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters in the special operation zone

The operators of FPV drones of the 3rd Motorized Rifle Division of the 20th Guards Combined Arms Army of the Zapad group of forces destroyed a dugout with militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of a special military operation (SVO). This was announced on July 5 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"We were in the "free hunt" and on the flight to the point we saw movement in the forest plantation, it turns out that the dugout turned out to be there, just enemy soldiers entered," said the operator of the company of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with the call sign Guitarist.

He said that after discovering the enemy position, he immediately notified the command, which, after further reconnaissance, decided to eliminate this target.

After that, the servicemen overcame the enemy's echelon electronic barrier and destroyed the identified target with an accurate strike. The defeat of the AFU point was recorded by the operators using the group's reconnaissance UAV.

On July 4, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the calculation of the Supercam S350 UAV corrected the destruction of the APU ammunition storage facility, which was found in one of the abandoned residential buildings. The coordinates of the target were transmitted to the control center for the calculation of the 152-mm Msta-B howitzer. The ministry clarified that after that, the target was successfully eliminated.
