The gunners of the Southern Group of Forces destroyed the calculation of the Baba-Yaga UAV of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The calculation of the 152-mm towed howitzer "Msta-B" of the 4th separate motorized rifle brigade of the 3rd combined arms Army of the Southern Group of Forces destroyed the calculation of the Baba-Yaga unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the special operation zone. This was announced on July 5 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The ministry noted that after detecting the target, the Russian military quickly moved to a combat position and hit the enemy's crew with precise hits. It is specified that the gunners were assisted by UAV operators.

"The Baba Yaga's takeoff point was hit. We also hit targets: covered infantry, dugouts, armored vehicles. We ensure the advancement of our troops, we help in every possible way, we try to work out the enemy's targets as quickly and accurately as possible," said the commander of the gun with the call sign Ataman.

On July 4, the Ministry of Defense reported that the calculation of the 152-mm self-propelled artillery installation "Msta-S" of the 90th Guards Tank Division of the Center group of forces destroyed the AFU firing point in the Red Army area. It was clarified that the enemy firing position was discovered by reconnaissance UAV operators during aerial reconnaissance.
