More than 30 people were injured in an accident involving a tourist bus in Germany.

As a result of an accident involving a tourist bus in the federal state of Mecklenburg– Vorpommern in northern Germany, 31 people were injured. This was reported on July 4 by local law enforcement agencies.

"The morning bus crash resulted in 25 minor and six serious injuries out of 56 passengers. The wounded were taken to nearby hospitals," the website of the federal land police says.

It is noted that at about 2:40 (3:40 Moscow time — Ed.) the vehicle left the highway and tipped over on its side.

According to law enforcement officials, among the passengers of the bus were citizens of more than 20 countries, including Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Ukraine and France.

The Xinhua news agency reported on June 29 that at least 38 people were killed and 28 others injured in an accident involving two buses in Tanzania. According to the newspaper, one of the vehicles had a burst front tire, and after the collision, a fire broke out that engulfed both buses.
