The number of injured in the explosion at a gas station in Rome has increased to 45 people. This was reported by Rainews24 TV channel on July 4.

According to the TV channel, 11 law enforcement officers are among the 45 injured, 24 people are local residents. Firefighters and carabinieri who dealt with the consequences were also injured. Two of the injured are in serious condition in the hospital.

Earlier in the day, an explosion occurred in Rome at a gas station in Rome earlier in the day. As a result of the explosion, several buildings and "dozens of cars" were damaged. Residents have been evacuated from the neighborhoods adjacent to the explosion site. The Russian Embassy in Italy reported that there was no information about the injured Russian citizens.
