Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov congratulated his Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud on the victory of the Al-Hilal football team over Manchester City in the match of the 1/8 finals of the World Club Championship. He said this on July 4 during talks in Moscow.
