There was a massive blackout in Prague
A large-scale power outage has occurred in Prague. This was reported on July 4 by the CT24 TV channel.
"In the afternoon, there was a power outage in some areas of Prague," the broadcaster's page on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
According to CT24, the work of the metro and the city tram was temporarily suspended.
It is noted that, according to the Prague energy company PRE, the cause of the blackout was an accident at a substation in the Hodov area.
On June 2, it was reported that more than 35,000 homes in Australia were left without electricity due to bad weather. It is specified that the central and southern coasts of New South Wales were affected by the cyclone, 130 mm of precipitation fell in some places overnight.
