Russian President Vladimir Putin himself will determine the dates of the address to the Federal Assembly of Russia. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing on July 4.
"The president determines the dates of the address, this year the president considers doing it later," Peskov said.
He stressed that the dates would be informed in a timely manner.
