In the Bryansk region, a man was sentenced to six years in a high-security penal colony for the contract abduction of a woman. This was reported on July 4 in the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia for the region.

"The man was sentenced to imprisonment for kidnapping, beating and robbery against a resident of Pogara (paragraphs "a", "h" of part 2 of Article 126, Article 116, part 2 of Article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," follows from the publication in the Telegram channel.

It is specified that on August 27 last year, the defendant and his friends in the city of Pogar lured a local woman to an abandoned store for money, abducted her and took her to a forest belt. Further, the attackers, filming their actions on the phone camera, inflicted multiple punches and kicks on the victim.

In addition, the men took money and a mobile phone from the stolen woman's wallet, which they later sold.

The perpetrator was sentenced to six years in prison to be served in a high-security penal colony. The criminal case against other intruders has been separated into separate proceedings.

On June 28, a court sentenced the 33-year-old organizer of a criminal group to 18 years in a high-security penal colony for kidnapping, robbery and gang rape. It was clarified that one of the defendants took the girls to a deserted place, where a search for a bookmark with drugs was staged. The other participants carried out the attack, allegedly exposing the victims of drug trafficking. After that, they stole the girls' property and moved them to pre-rented apartments.
