There was a blackout in the Rostov Mines due to a UAV hitting a substation.

Due to the impact of a Ukrainian drone (UAV) on a substation in the Mines of the Rostov region, there was a power outage. This was announced on July 4 by the acting governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar.

"Almost 2 thousand private houses, where more than 6 thousand people live, were left without electricity. Windows were damaged in several houses near the substation," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
