In the Rostov region, the roof of a high-rise building collapsed as a result of the fall of drones and their debris. This was announced on July 4 by the acting governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar.

"The unified dispatch service on duty records numerous reports of damage to windows and doors in houses, as well as cars parked nearby... The highest damage was sustained to a high-rise building on 102 Kollontaevsky Lane, where the roof collapsed," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

Slyusar clarified that 120 people live in the 40-apartment building. Emergency services are currently working at the scene, residents are being evacuated. According to preliminary data, no one was injured, the acting governor added.

On July 4, the Russian Armed Forces repelled a drone attack in the Azov, Millerovsky and Tarasovsky districts of the Rostov region. As a result of the fall of one drone, an apartment building was damaged, and a pensioner was killed.
