According to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, the contractor also began to equip bicycle paths and began construction of a sports ground. Preparations are underway for the installation of outdoor lighting poles and the installation of utility networks.

The total area of landscaping is 15.5 hectares.

Earlier in July, it was reported that 11 sections of local roads leading to national parks will be repaired in the Moscow Region in 2025. Repairs have already been completed on the Zhigalovo – Zagoryanka roads in Shchelkovo.
