Modular swimming pool to be installed in Roslyakovo in Murmansk

A modular swimming pool will be installed in the residential area of Roslyakovo in Murmansk. The city administration reports this in its Telegram channel.

The area between houses No. 4 and 5 on Zelenaya Street, where the playground is now located, was chosen for the installation of the pool. According to the city authorities, it was installed a long time ago and is already obsolete.

"The spacious courtyard on the Green allows you to build a swimming pool quickly and without problems, this is a place with good accessibility," the administration explained the choice of installation location.

According to Bi-port news agency, no excavation will be carried out under the pool, since the pool's design is modular. It will be assembled from ready-made elements on site, which will reduce the construction time by a third.

The length of the pool building will be 46 m, width — 30 m, height — 13 m. Inside there will be a six-lane swimming pool, changing rooms, showers, bathrooms, a medical room and technical rooms.
