The modern rhythm of life, stress and an unbalanced diet negatively affect men's health. This was announced on Saturday, July 5, by Olesya Makhova, head of the competence center for the development of plant-based products of Roskachestvo.

According to the expert, properly selected herbal products can significantly improve well-being and prevent many problems.

"One of the most important foods for men is tomatoes. They help reduce the risk of developing prostate diseases and improve the cardiovascular system. Pumpkin seeds containing zinc, necessary for maintaining reproductive function and immunity, are no less useful," the expert said.

Makhova noted that attention should also be paid to nuts, especially walnuts and almonds, as they are rich in vitamin E, magnesium and healthy fats that promote the production of testosterone.

Green leafy vegetables such as spinach and broccoli provide the body with folic acid and iron, which are important for energy and blood formation. Do not forget about berries — pomegranates and blueberries improve blood circulation and strengthen blood vessels, while ginger and garlic have anti-inflammatory properties and support the immune system.

"Regular consumption of these products will help maintain men's health for many years to come. However, it is important to remember that nutrition should be varied and balanced, and if you have chronic diseases, you should consult a doctor before changing your diet," added Makhova.

On June 23, Makhova spoke about herbal products that positively affect hormonal balance, skin beauty and a woman's emotional state. According to the expert, one of the key elements of the diet should be legumes — chickpeas, soy products, beans and lentils.
