In Bavaria, a man with an axe attacked train passengers

One person was injured as a result of an attack by a man with an axe on train passengers in Bavaria. This was reported on July 3 by the German magazine Focus.

It is noted that the incident occurred on the route between Straubing and Plattling, the train stopped in Straskirchen in the Straubing-Bogen area.

"One person was injured. Information about the severity of the injuries is currently unknown," the publication says.

According to the newspaper, the alleged perpetrator has already been arrested.

Earlier in the day, Finnish police reported that several people were injured after an attacker attacked with a knife at a shopping mall in Tampere. It was clarified that law enforcement officers arrested one person, and first aid was provided to the victims.
