The explosion on Taras Shevchenko Street in Luhansk has been classified by the investigation as a terrorist act. This was announced on Thursday, July 3, by the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia.

"According to the results of the inspection of the scene, as well as taking into account the data obtained at the initial stage of the investigation, the incident was classified under paragraph "b" of Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act")," the Telegram channel of the department clarified.
