Forecasters predict flooding on the rivers of the Khabarovsk Territory due to heavy rainfall. Unfavorable conditions are expected in Verkhnebureinsky, Khabarovsk districts and the Lazo district.

According to forecasts, the water rise on small rivers will be from 70 to 150 cm. In some places, water may reach the floodplain. It is likely that the marks of an unfavorable phenomenon will be exceeded, writes IA AmurMedia.

In case of river flooding, flooding of road sections and short-term flooding of adjacent territories is expected. Residents of low-lying areas are advised to take measures in advance to preserve personal property and move pets to a safe place.

In the Trans-Baikal Territory, the prosecutor's office is conducting inspections due to the destruction of infrastructure during heavy rains. Due to precipitation in the Karymsky and Chita districts, the water level in small rivers has significantly increased. As a result, traffic was disrupted, houses and yards were flooded.
