Entrepreneur Oleg Boyko completes the process of selling shares of Finstar Bank shares to management. This was reported to Izvestia by a source close to the deal.
Details are not disclosed.
The source clarified that the deal is planned and is aimed at optimizing the share capital structure. At the same time, it is emphasized that there will be no changes in the bank's strategic priorities. The reorganization is designed to strengthen the position of the credit institution and increase the effectiveness of corporate governance.
Before the renaming, Finstar Bank was called SIAB. Boyko acquired 99.56% of the shares of the St. Petersburg bank in 2021. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
In April 2024, the Expert RA rating agency confirmed the bank's creditworthiness rating at ruB with a stable outlook.
