A criminal case was opened after the explosion in Lugansk

The Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia has opened a criminal case into the explosion on Taras Shevchenko Street in Luhansk. This was announced on Thursday, July 3, by the press service of the ministry.

The explosion in Luhansk became known earlier that day. As a result of the incident, one person was killed and three others were injured. It was noted that one of the victims is in serious condition. The nature of the explosion is unknown.
