The Russian government has developed a law on benefits for heroine mothers

The Russian government has drafted a bill to extend the social guarantees provided for Labor Heroes to heroine mothers. This was announced on July 3 by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a government meeting.
"As the President [of Russia Vladimir Putin] noted, raising children is a huge task, and it is necessary to extend all the social guarantees, benefits, and payments provided for the Heroes of Russia's Labor to women with the high title of 'Mother Heroine,'" the Prime Minister said.
It is noted that the benefits provided include the provision of emergency medical care, as well as exemption from paying for housing and utilities. In addition, Mishustin stressed that women with the title of "Mother Heroine", along with a pension, will receive a monthly allowance of 36.5 thousand rubles.
"At the same time, a mother with many children will be able to waive benefits by choosing a monthly cash payment, its amount exceeds 72 thousand rubles. It will be indexed once a year, and it will be possible to register it on a single portal of public services," Mishustin added.
On May 29, Putin announced the need to create special conditions for families with three or more children. According to him, the authorities are regularly dealing with the issue of expanding support measures for large families, forming them into a single integrated system.
