Russia and Ukraine need to finalize the procedures for a new round of negotiations. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing on July 3.
"There are no gags, we just need to complete all the approval procedures. Each of the parties is waiting for an agreement on the terms," Peskov said.
