An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) hit a section of an apartment building under construction in Yelets, and an explosive wave damaged the glazing in the inhabited part of the building. This was announced on July 3 by the Governor of the Lipetsk region Igor Artamonov.
"The drone hit a section of an apartment building under construction in Yelets.<...> The explosion damaged the glazing in the inhabited part of the building," he said in a message on his Telegram channel.
