Taigan urged not to ban a girl who gave an orangutan a smoke from sports

In the Crimean Lviv Taigan Park, they recorded an appeal to the Russian Boxing Federation and specifically to the Fighter club, so that they would not punish the pupil who gave their orangutan a vape. As Tatiana Aleksagina, the head of the park's press service, noted on July 2, the girl had clearly already received her share of punishment after her actions became known to the public.
"I would like to address the Boxing Federation, the coach of this girl, and the dean of the university where she studies. Don't break the girl's fate. Yes, she did something stupid. Yes, she is 24 years old, but according to her actions, as it turned out, she is 18 years old, no more," Aleksagina noted.
According to the press secretary, everyone makes mistakes when they are young, and all adults who have children should understand this. It is best to leave the girl to study in the sports section, rather than exclude or suspend her from boxing.
Aleksagina added that the injured orangutan, Dana, is doing well. She noted that this is the smartest animal, and the doctors believe that her life is not in danger. The park staff has not yet been able to find the vape cap, so they ask the young visitor of the park to return and honestly inform about the fate of this item. In addition, the spokeswoman said, the girl had posted an apology the day before, asking for her forgiveness.
"The task of parents, coaches and teachers is to explain and work on mistakes. Talk to her if she hasn't had any other "knocks". Reconsider your decision. Where will she go then? She has a sports family. The coach said she had embarrassed him, and I respect his opinion, but I'm just saying, don't kick this girl out of the sport. For her, this is already not the HYPE she wanted," the representative of Taigan summed up.
On June 30, a visitor to the Taigan Park gave an orangutan a taste of vaping. The girl noted that she had a negative attitude towards vapes and allegedly followed the bad example of other vacationers in the park. On July 1, Taigan informed Izvestia that Dana the orangutan was still sluggish after the incident. The veterinarians suggested that she might have swallowed part of the vape. The animal is given special sorbents.
As Vladimir Akatov, the trainer and director of the Fighter club, told Izvestia on July 2, a boxer who gave an orangutan a vape in the Crimean Taigan Park was expelled from the section.
