The renovation of Nevsky Prospekt will begin in St. Petersburg in August.

In St. Petersburg, traffic restrictions will be introduced on Nevsky Prospekt in August due to its renovation. This was announced on Wednesday, July 2, according to the press service of the State Administrative and Technical Inspectorate.
The work will take place in the area from Admiralteysky Prospekt to Vosstaniya Square. The last major renovation of the roadway on the main artery of the city was carried out in 2018, 78 TV channel reports.
In mid-June, the second stage of construction of the Latitudinal High-speed Highway (LMS) started in St. Petersburg. In honor of this, a symbolic pile and a commemorative plaque were installed at the Vitebsk interchange.
