Deputy Mayor of Moscow Sergunina announced the festival of youth films "High"


The second international youth Film Festival "High" will be held in Moscow from September 25 to 28. According to Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina, Russian and foreign authors of paintings in various genres can take part in it, and online applications will be accepted until August 31 on the event's website.
This year's festival is dedicated to the opportunities and development of a young person in the era of technology and creativity. "Dozens of films will be shown at the festival. Young filmmakers will present feature films, documentaries, popular science, animation and educational films," Sergunina said.
The full—length films will be evaluated by the audience, and the short films will be judged by a jury consisting of Russian and foreign directors, producers, screenwriters and actors.
In addition to the film screenings, visitors will enjoy a series of "Media Environment" classes, which will focus on trends in the industry. Intensive shooting of short films will also be organized.
In addition, the program "First steps in cinema" will be held. It will include meetings with casting directors, an exhibition of the capital's leading film schools, lessons in acting and film dubbing.
The festival is organized by the Gorky Film Studio with the support of the Moscow government.
