The Russian army is increasing its offensive along the entire front line – there has not been such a pace of attacks since the beginning of its military operation. What has changed? The authors of the documentary special project "RUSSIAN ASSAULT: A NEW TACTIC" will answer this question, and also tell you where the new boiler for the Armed Forces of Ukraine is being formed, which direction will be the key for the next month and what the opening of a new front in the Dnipropetrovsk region will mean for Ukraine. And also: will the Ukrainian Armed Forces be able to avoid the largest encirclement near Kupyansk, will the Russian Armed Forces be able to split the Zaporizhia group in two, and does Kiev have the resource to contain the 50,000-strong Russian army near Sumy?

The creators of the project found out how the tactics of the assault groups have changed: why settlements can be captured in 2-3 days, whereas before it took weeks. How do they bypass the obstacles erected by the enemy without losing their pace, and how do the cameras of Ukrainian drones burn out?

The REN TV film crew visited the location of the 5th Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade named after A.V. Zakharchenko of the 51st Guards Combined Arms Army, fighting as part of the South group of forces. The motorcycle assault unit, created in the summer of 2024, took Krasnogorovka, Maryinka, Egorovka in the Donetsk direction and other densely populated areas with buildings where our heavy equipment could not pass.

REN TV viewers will see exclusive footage of the motorcycle assault from the very beginning: how the fighters fly into the building from the forest belt, quickly dismount, open fire on the enemy, clear the building and return without loss.

The film "RUSSIAN ASSAULT: A NEW TACTIC" will be released on Saturday, July 5, at 17:00, on REN TV.
