Sergey Gorshkov's "Land of Big Cats" photo exhibition opens in Moscow


An exhibition of photographs by Sergey Gorshkov "Land of Big Cats" has opened on Tverskaya Boulevard in Moscow. The opening ceremony took place on July 2.
The exhibition includes footage taken in the Land of the Leopard National Park in Primorsky Krai. It also features images of Far Eastern leopards and Amur tigers.
"In recent years, even our domestic tourism has been growing most of all in the Far East. At this exhibition, we are looking only at a small piece of Primorsky Krai," said Sergey Ivanov, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Environmental Protection, Ecology and Transport.
He added that this exhibition helps residents of Moscow to get acquainted with the beautiful and unique nature of the Far East. Visitors to the photo exhibition also noted the beauty of the photographs presented and said that they help to learn more about wildlife and the restoration of the leopard and tiger populations.
On March 24, the exhibition of the artist Maria Baranovskaya "Crimea. The Holy Land." She expressed in multi-layered watercolors a unique view of the nature of the peninsula, as well as the history and culture of Russia.
