The hand of a four-year-old child was dragged into an inspection unit at a train station in St. Petersburg. This was reported on June 2 by a source of Izvestia.

It is noted that a woman with a child was going through the inspection of things at the Moscow railway station and did not see how her son put his hand into the inspection machine. As a result, the baby's hand was trapped between a metal roller and a tape.

The boy was taken to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed a fracture of his right forearm, right hand and a hematoma of his right shoulder. The Regional Investigative Committee is conducting an investigation into the incident.

On May 12, in a shopping center in Ussuriysk, a one-and-a-half-year-old boy's hand got into the moving mechanism of an escalator due to the fact that he stumbled and fell. The child was taken to the intensive care unit, he lost four fingers.
