A helicopter with eight people on board crashed in Somalia

A helicopter carrying eight people crashed at the Aden Adde International Airport in Mogadishu, the capital of Somalia. This was reported by the SONNA agency on July 2.

After the crash, the aircraft caught fire, but the fire was quickly contained.

The publication noted that the helicopter belonged to the African Union Mission for the Support and Stabilization of Somalia (AUSSOM). There is no information about the victims yet, Adden-Adde airport is operating normally.
