Alikhanov noted a multiple increase in the production of weapons in Russia

Russia has multiplied its production volumes for all types of weapons and military equipment. This was announced on July 2 by Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, during the government hour in the Federation Council.

"Collectively, we have increased the volume of all types of weapons. At individual meetings with the president of our country on the draft state armament program, the industry confirmed its readiness to fully implement all the announced plans, including for promising types of weapons and military equipment," Alikhanov said.

According to him, Russia will continue to increase the capacity of the military-industrial complex (MIC) in order to provide all the needs for a special military operation (SVO), as well as export military equipment. In addition, the minister noted that this also stimulates the growth and development of civilian industries in the country.
