The results of the first month of the Summer in Moscow project have been summed up

In June, 33 regional family festivals were held in Moscow as part of the "Summer in Moscow" project. The events were held in almost every district of the capital, said Marina Prozorova, Deputy head of the Department of Territorial Executive Authorities of Moscow.

The family festivals "Faces", "Our yard — good neighbors" and "Connoisseurs of the district" are held in Moscow from June to August. "They united more than 9,000 residents of the districts through creativity, sports, intellectual and sports games," Prozorova said.

During the Faces family festivals, more than 20 activities take place simultaneously. Visitors can take part in creative and dance workshops, sports races, yoga and Pilates classes. Career guidance quests have been organized for schoolchildren and students.

"Our yard is good neighbors" combines intellectual games, sports relay races and themed quizzes. The participants of the "Experts in the Area" festival explore the sights and history of their area in a quiz format.

The "Summer in Moscow" project is being held for the second time. It brings together charity, cultural, and sports events, most of which are free. The events are organized by institutions subordinate to the Department of Territorial executive authorities of Moscow.
