The head of the Crimean parliament criticized Kellogg's accusations against Russia.

The accusations of the US President's special envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, related to Russia's alleged delaying of peace talks on the Ukrainian conflict, are groundless. This was announced on July 2 by the head of the Crimean Parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov.
"Kellogg's accusations are baseless. The Kiev regime only verbally demonstrates its intentions to resolve the conflict, but in practice, together with individual European officials, it maintains tension that benefits them by continuing to pump Ukraine with weapons," he said in a conversation with RIA Novosti.
According to Konstantinov, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky benefits from the continuation of the conflict.
Earlier, on June 30, Kellogg accused Russia of allegedly delaying negotiations on Ukraine. In addition, he called for an immediate cease-fire and a move to trilateral negotiations.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov drew attention on June 29 to the fact that Moscow expects a third round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, and the negotiation process itself will largely depend on the position of the Kiev regime.
