The State Duma called Ukraine and NATO guilty of delaying the negotiation process

The delay in the negotiation process on the Ukrainian issue is not the fault of Moscow, as claimed by the special envoy of the President of the United States, Keith Kellogg, but the fault of Kiev and the military-industrial complex (MIC) of the NATO countries "standing behind it." This was announced on July 2 by Leonid Ivlev, deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
"Russia <...> is ready for their next (negotiations. — Ed.) the round. Ukraine, on the contrary, is delaying negotiations because it is under pressure from the interests of the military—industrial complex of NATO countries, which cannot share the profits for the supply of lethal weapons to the Armed Forces of Ukraine," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
Ivlev added that the Kremlin presented a clear and precise plan for establishing peace at a meeting with the Ukrainian side in Turkey.
On June 30, Kellogg accused Russia of allegedly delaying negotiations on Ukraine, and also called for an immediate cease-fire to move on to trilateral negotiations. Later, on July 1, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko questioned the desire of Western countries to resolve the Ukrainian issue. He said that during his meeting with the special envoy of the American leader, he recalled the position of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the issue of conflict resolution.
