Journalist Owens spoke about Trump's request for Macron's wife

American leader Donald Trump has called for an end to the investigation into French President Emmanuel Maron's wife Brigitte Macron because she allegedly could have been a biological man in the past. This was announced on July 2 by journalist Candice Owens on her YouTube channel.

According to her, Macron personally asked Trump to influence the journalist during his visit to the United States. After that, Trump called Owens and convinced her that the French leader's wife was a real woman.

In addition, the journalist added that she disagreed with the American leader and tried to prove to him that Macron's wife had indeed consulted a doctor specializing in gender reassignment.

Owens noted that Trump, in response to her evidence, offered to make a deal. The American leader demanded the termination of the investigation and declared his willingness to pay for an interview.

The lawyer of the independent French journalist Natasha Ray, Francois Danglean, told Izvestia on March 23 that his client, convicted under the article "Defamation" for claiming that the wife of the French president is actually a man, filed a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
